Details of Our Delivery Service
Order Status: Delivered but Not Received?
If your order status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

We will help you trace it by requesting Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt Slip (DRS Copy) from the courier.

This may take 4–5 business days.

In the meantime, check with your reception, security, or neighbors to see if it was received on your behalf.

Let us know if not received, and we will investigate further.
Damaged or Incorrect Product

At Delivery: If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the package. Take a clear photo and send it to us.

Post Delivery: If the product inside is damaged, we will assist you. If you provide an unboxing video, we will issue a replacement without question.
Delivery Exceptions

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, our support team will notify you through the notification section.

We will forward your response to the courier for reattempting delivery.

If we don’t receive your response within 1 day, your package may be returned to our Production Unit.

You will then need to provide an alternate address, pin code, and landmark.

We will share a reshipping cost and payment link accordingly.

Note: If the returned package is not claimed or reshipping instructions aren't received within 30 days, it will be scrapped, and no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
Cancelled Orders
If your payment is successful but the order is cancelled due to:

Design issues, or

Other reasons,
You will receive a refund within 7–10 working days.
If you cancel your order to place a new one, the amount will be issued as a "Re-Order Token", which you can use for future purchases.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged or the wrong item is delivered.

The issue is reported at the time of delivery to the courier.
